Kevin founded Swell Break in 2025 after two decades at top agencies across the country, including DDB, FCB, Leo Burnett, Quality Meats, and Purple Strategies.
His focus across every project is the same: create work that transforms business challenges into business growth. That approach has earned him the trust of some of the world's most iconic and scrutinized brands, including McDonald's, Samsung, bp, Allstate, Capital One, Flonase, Skittles, UnitedHealthcare, Whirlpool, Indivior, New Balance, and more.
Known for his player-coach leadership style, Kevin blends data-driven strategy, high-craft storytelling, and AI-enabled workflows to help teams move faster and perform better.
Outside of Swell Break, Kevin serves on the Advisory Council of the Affordable Skies Coalition, a national consumer advocacy group advancing traveler representation in U.S. aviation policy. He is also a creative mentor to Newhouse advertising students at Syracuse University.
